Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Where we ship: We currently ship to all 50 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping method and delivery time: All orders are fulfilled by Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment network. We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days from the date the order ships.

 

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

Order tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Lost, damaged, or undelivered packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at david@hfsol.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.

 

Address changes and cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has begun processing, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
